These terms and conditions do not change, supersede, nor effect any other terms and conditions of any other transaction, contract, proposal, invoice or other business you may have had, or currently have with Tasha Flowers, LLC. All terms and conditions are subject to Maryland laws. Void where prohibited. Taxes are not included. *All deliveries are made directly to the courthouse where the couple is getting married - no exceptions. The wedding must be preplanned and on the court’s docket for the same date of delivery. **Promo can only be used once per event and must be in a single transaction. Cannot combine with separate transactions to qualify. Delivery fee has no cash value, is automatically applied with a qualifying purchase and cannot be applied as a discount or cost savings to a purchase in lieu of receiving free delivery. ^Wedding must occur between February 1 and July 31 of the same year the Courthouse Wedding Collection purchase was made. If the wedding event does not occur within this timeframe, the couple/purchaser shall forfeit the free delivery offer and all rights to it. In this case, a new delivery fee will be incurred by the couple (or the purchaser on behalf of the couple) for the future courthouse wedding date. This promo is non-transferable to any other Tasha Flowers wedding collection, event, product purchase or service agreement. This promo is only valid on Courthouse Wedding Collection deliveries and does not apply to event styling, onsite placements, rental pickups, nor installations. Non-transferrable to another couple, person nor entity. Free delivery is a one-time service per couple, per event type. This means that if your wedding event is scheduled for a particular date and delivery was made or attempted to be made - but the event did not happen - the couple will now be responsible for paying the new delivery fee that is in effect at the time of the new event date. NO EXCEPTIONS. The cause(s) of the date change can include, but is not limited to: acts of God, acts of the government, pandemics, airborne illnesses, wartime, illnesses and medical conditions, deployment, dissolution of the relationship, partner change, change in sexual orientation, venue issues, spiritual awakenings, private allegiances, color/style/design changes, delayed flights, late witnesses, personal emergencies, situations or grievances, mental illness, etc. Free delivery is available to the locales stated. All other locales, counties and regions are ineligible for free delivery. Void where prohibited. Non-refundable. Delivery refunds not applicable.
